A BIT ABOUT ME

Making Fitness Fun

I came to Toronto for a nutrition degree way back in 2003. I discovered a passion for weight lifting and alternative health. Combining fitness, nutrition, and psychology I started my own practice after years of working under and alongside some of fitness' most well respected individuals. 

My coaching involves movement and mobility instruction, along with creating healthy and sustainable changes in your daily life, to make you feel your best. No matter your age or starting point-- I offer inclusive services.

MY VALUES AND YOUR TRAINING

As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.

I believe in working today to have a functional and healthy body in the future. To improve your immunity, mood, and allow you to function as pain free as possible.

​

I teach my clients the basics of injury prevention-- how to strengthen the inner core, glutes and back, while moving in a way to create strength and balance rather than encourage injury.

​

The whole body is connected. Learning to breathe, relax and engage is just as important as hitting a PR or doing a ton of burpees. No matter where you're at today, I will be here to guide you patiently to get to your goals.

WHAT I DO

Workouts


As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles.

Whether you want online bootcamp sessions, mobility/pilates work, or to put on some muscle, I can help you! I am here for you, and can guide you to achieve your goals.

​

Strength & Stamina

One-on-one coaching includes one hour (or more!) personal training a week, with personalized meal planning (recipes included!). Check in texts, recommended reading, cardio prescription, workouts to do on your own, stretching and foam rolling advice and much more. This type of training gives you lots of individualized attention.

​

This training is also available via Zoom.

Feel free to add a buddy into your training sessions to save on costs.

​

All you need is enough space to fit a yoga mat!

Are you training hard but stuck on your diet? Overwhelmed with what to do in the kitchen? No time? No idea what a macronutrient is? Send me a message! I would love to help strategize with you!

I have a 4 year human nutrition degree from Ryerson University and can help you make a plan to suit your goals and individual preferences. I work with those with chronic illness and allergies as well.

I would love to come into your office  (or zoom) or help your team! I offer sport specific nutrition consultation or program design. I specialize in running and equestrian programs. Bring me into the office and Ill teach you how to improve posture, reduce back pain, and snack for success.
